Episode 55 – Gunner and the Gator (with Richard Wilbanks)

On today’s episode, we talk with the man who saved his dog from the jaws of an alligator, Richard Wilbanks.(22:15) Richard and his dog Gunner were walking by a pond in Florida when an alligator jumped out and snatched little Gunner. Without hesitation, Richard jumped in the water, grabbed the alligator, and wrestled little Gunner out of the clutches of gator’s mouth…all while keeping his cigar in his mouth. A true hero! The video of Richard’s feat went viral and he’s on our show today to talk about what the last couple of months have been like for him and Gunner.
